KOKORO will endeavor to ship your items to you within 1 week of purchase. We ship from the Netherlands with Fedex International Economy. Tracking numbers will be provided with each order and can be tracked internationally here: https://www.fedex.com/fedextrack/
We will only ship to the address on the invoice, and combined shipping is not possible.
We are unable to ship to Russia at this point with Fedex due to the current import border control policies in Russia. Any orders from Russia will be shipped by Post NL.

Countries within the EU trade zone need to add 21% BTW (VAT) tax to the order. Those outside of the EU trade zone are tax exempt, and you may incur customs and duty charges when importing these goods into your country according to local laws. It is illegal for us to mark values lower than stated on the invoices, or send as gifted.
Order cancellations must be requested by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We endeavor to process the cancellation within 48 hours excluding holidays and weekends.

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and you need to contact us via email@example.com within 14 calendar days from the date you received the item, for approval of return.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
KOKORO will cover the cost of return shipping ONLY if the item being returned/exchanged has a serious manufacturer's defect or flaw. Weavers knots, broken threads, and other weaving flaws are not considered valid reasons for us to cover the cost of return shipping.
Delivery confirmation and insurance is highly recommended.
KOKORO is not responsible for items that are lost by Fedex or any other delivery provider, including purchases, returns, or exchanges.
We reserve the right to refuse a cancellation or return if the item returned is not in new, unworn condition.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
COSMETIC FLAW POLICY
Purchasers have 14 days to inspect and determine whether there is an unsual cosmetic flaw on their product. This does not include weavers knots, small pulls, and other beauty marks that can be expected from fabric.
If your product is second quality, you are not eligible for a refund concerning cosmetic flaws.
We cannot help KOKORO owners who purchased in the second hand market, as we are not in control of what occurs to our product outside of the time window of 14 days, and past an original invoice or buyer.
We handle all reported flaws at our discretion, as the scenario arises.
